  Our 1943 hardwood floors had been covered with carpet and were in horrible shape. And at some point, a floor vent had been removed in a hallway and they did a horrible patch job. I wasn't sure if they could be saved. Enter DC Flooring. Check out the before and after photos to see what an AMAZING job David and his crew did. The floors look so good!! They were great at communicating from the bid process through the end of the job. They were very respectful of our property while they were doing the work. They advertise as containing up to 95% of the dust during sanding and they really did capture almost all of the dust.   David and his crew refinished our 1956 hardwood floors and did a beautiful job! David was a very good communicator and informed us of each step. He finished the job on time and his price was very good.

Sadly, our house flooded a year later and ruined all our floors! We called David again and this time he had to replace all the flooring in our house. Again, he did an outstanding job with all new hardwood, baseboards and some tile work as well.  David communicated with our insurance adjuster we were able to get the job covered.

After we were back in our house we noticed we had water damage to our French door, so after months, that door was also replaced. When they replaced the door that left some damage to our beautiful floor! So, once again I called David and he was able to do some repair work and now you'd never know there was damage.

David is very kind, honest, hard worker, and a protectionist when it comes to details.  He takes a lot of pride in his work to make sure the job is done to a high quality. And, his prices are very fair.  We have hired David on three separate occasions and each time he exceeds our expectations.

  David and his crew refinished my original oak hardwood floors in my 1963 house. They were in terrible shape with pet stains (courtesy of my renters), poor nailing; they looked awful.

My husband spearheaded this and engaged 3 services and David was slightly more expensive, but the only one that was going to sand 3 times. We went with him for the anticipated value.  He was a great communicator and today I got to see the finished work (I live elsewhere).

  I had my hardwood floors sanded & refinished by DC Floors, Inc. David & his team exceeded all expectations at a reasonable price. When I contacted the company. It took about 3 days to hear back & David was responsive, knowledgeable & professional concerning my inquiries prior to any agreement. I was given a adequate timeframe for completion & David was diligent with the project & met the timeframe. When I was unsure about something, David was patient & great about collaborating with me & finding alternative solutions to my dilemma. They were very respectful of my home, punctual, very clean & the floors came out wonderful.

  My girlfriend and I recently hired DC Floors to refinish around 1000 sq/ft of hardwood floors and replace around 200 sq/ft of tile.  We were extremely satisfied with the experience and would recommend David and his team to anyone looking for floor work.  David was timely and accurate with his estimate, communicated well throughout the project, started and finished well ahead of schedule, and produced beautiful results.  With the size and scope of the job, I expected at least one or two hiccups or surprises but everything came together perfectly.
